Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park

This deep chasm is located in western Colorado near Montrose. Few people visit it, but it is a very impressive place that has to be seen to be believed. The canyon is extraordinarily narrow and deep. Read more about my 2011 visit there on my blog here and here.
